Where did “Crumb of Mine” come from?
It all started in a third-floor apartment in Orem, Utah. Mother’s Day was coming up, and my husband and I hadn’t been married very long. I wanted to make something heartfelt and- beautiful, but still affordable.
So I decided to try chocolate-covered strawberry “bouquets.” They were a hit. Even better, I realized I genuinely loved making them. From there, one thing led to another—more chocolate-dipped treats, then cake pops, and then experimenting with anything sweet I could get my hands on.
Before I knew it, I had fallen in love with something I never expected: making one big, beautiful mess, one batch of buttercream at a time. Somewhere along the way, I discovered where my heart really is—being part of those special moments in people’s lives by creating custom cakes that are just as special as the moments celebrated✨
